Layout and Animation for icon and banner are created by me.
Tested on Dolphin (emuNAND), on an real Wii and on an vWii (Thanks to Igroman#9444)
This forwarder contains the .dol file. So, it doesen't need an SD card to open this app.

If your device is not showing on your FTP Client, try this:

After the ftpii is fully loaded, press the B button.
Choose what device you want to remount using the D-PAD buttons from your Wii Remote.
Disconnect the device and then connect it.
Press B button or wait 30 sec and the app will try to mount the device.
Refresh your FTP client and you're good to go.
